If you’re thinking about visiting Snowy Roll Ice Cream in Johns Creek, you might want to reconsider. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. Here’s why:
Atmosphere:
While the shop itself is cute and has potential, the ambiance felt a bit chaotic and disorganized. The staff seemed rushed, and there was little attention to the overall cleanliness of the space. It’s not a major dealbreaker, but it did give the place a less than inviting vibe.
Service:
The service was lackluster at best. The staff seemed more focused on getting orders out quickly than offering any friendly or personalized customer service. There was little explanation of the menu, and when I asked questions about certain toppings or options, the responses felt rushed and uninterested.
Ice Cream:
Here’s where things really went downhill. The ice cream itself wasn’t as great as expected. The rolls were uneven and a bit too thick in some places, making them hard to eat. The texture felt heavy, and the flavors were underwhelming at best.
I tried the matcha flavor, and it was far too sweet and artificial, with no balance of bitterness to offset the sugar. The toppings, while fresh, didn’t do enough to elevate the overall experience. For the price, I expected much better quality and a more unique flavor profile.
3d printed Coffee looks good but taste is average.
Price:
Speaking of price, the portions didn’t justify the cost. For a small, somewhat basic serving of rolled ice cream, I found the price to be a little too high, especially when you consider the lack of flavor and the service that wasn’t exactly topnotch.
Verdict:
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Snowy Roll Ice Cream in Johns Creek based on my visit. The lackluster service, mediocre ice cream, and overall disorganization left me feeling disappointed. There are definitely better places to satisfy your rolled ice cream cravings in the area. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning anytime soon.
