Each year, Art on the Atlanta BeltLine celebrates our exhibition with a captivating and energetic Lantern Parade, created and hosted by Chantelle Rytter and the Krewe of the Grateful Gluttons. The glowing procession of light, music, and color illuminates the Eastside Trail on the first Saturday after Labor Day each year.
The Atlanta BeltLine Lantern Parade debuted on the Atlanta art scene in 2010, and has been growing ever since. In 2012, there were 1,200 participants and tailgaters along the parade route, and in 2015, the Atlanta BeltLine Lantern Parade brought together more than 60,000 people for an awe-inspiring spectacle of lights and sounds.
