Ingredients used in CHEESE BALLS
• Bell pepper(chopped) – 2 tablespoons.
• Parsley (chopped) – 2 tablespoons.
• Onions(chopped) – 1 number.
• Parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup.
• Cheese – 1/2 cup.
• Egg – 3 numbers.
• All purpose flour – 100 grams.
• Butter – 80 grams.
• Thyme – 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt – to taste.
• Water – 160 ml.
• Oil – to fry.
Method:
To make a choux pastry: Take a pan add water, butter, and mix it, come to a boil reduce the flame and add flour mix it and switch off the flame.
In this add eggs and mix it well, add cheese, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, chopped bell pepper, finely chopped onions, thyme, salt, mix this well.
Take this batter in one spoon and drop like a small dumpling in hot oil at 170 C and deep fry till golden color.
Serve this hot with your favorite sauce.
